I grew up with parents who instilled the value of real estate to me. Unfortunately, I purchased a house before the housing boom & bust in the mid 2000's.
Along the way, I began to think a lot harder about the value of money and the cost of borrowing. I began to play with some charting tools explore the technology itself, as well as the dynamics of loan parameters (value, percentage rate, payoff rate, etc). The result is this chart. Enjoy.
